SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
This role is all about leveraging the expertise you have gained in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, during your studies as well as in your recent professional career.
Your role
Concretely, you will support improvement projects for clients across various industries, ranging from local firms in Switzerland, to global Fortune 500 companies. Depending on your experience and ambition, you will support our clients and teams in the following Supply Chain domains:

Planning: Materials Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, IBP

Procurement: Sustainable Sourcing, Category Mgmt., S2P Transformation, EBIT Improvement

Manufacturing: Network Design, Manufacturing Excellence, External Manufacturing

Logistics: Network Design, Transportation & Warehousing

Cross Supply Chain: Supply Chain Segmentation, Start-ups & Scale-ups, Sustainability
In client projects, you will drive data collection & analysis, mapping of processes and facilitation of interviews and workshops. You will work closely with our partner team and experts across Europe to identify, validate, and implement improvement opportunities for our clients.
Your profile

You have min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in at least one of our Supply Chain domains: Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with Excel, Power BI, and other data analytics software and tools.

You have a university degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER

In client projects, you will lead XIMPAX and client teams, including the data collection & analysis, mapping of processes, facilitation of interviews and workshops, and reporting of results. You will work closely with our partner team and experts across Europe to identify, validate, and implement improvement opportunities for our clients.
Your profile

You have min. 5-8 years of relevant work experience in at least one of our Supply Chain domains: Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics. Preferably with at least one year at a Supply Chain consultancy firm or in an internal consulting role at an international Consumer Goods or Pharma & Life Sciences firm.

You have strong project management and problem-solving skills and are comfortable with leading client workshops and trainings.

You have strong interpersonal skills and can clearly structure and explain how you would solve complex situations, and can summarise this in written client recommendations.
In addition to the above

You have a valid Swiss passport, identity card or residence permit.

You are fluent in English and ideally German, French and/or Italian.

You’re comfortable working in a hybrid model (remote, client locations and XIMPAX office in Zurich).
